Order Turnaround Timing
 - Most items will be shipped in 7-10 days. If you need your order shipped sooner than our normal processing times, please let us know via email and we will do our best to work with you to expedite your order.

Return Exchange Policy - 
Hello Beach is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. We carefully check each item prior to shipment to ensure that it is free of defect. Because all items are hand sewn and made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been purchased and/or personalized. We ask you to please double check all spelling, personalization and delivery address prior to submitting your order. In the unfortunate event that there is a product defect or an error due to a monogramming/personalization error made by Hello Beach, we will either replace the item in question immediately or offer you a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges.
Damaged products need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are given for defective or damaged products after we have received and reviewed the items. Shipping charges are not refundable. All product sizes and dimensions are clearly listed for each bag.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize in advance for any errors on the website (pricing or availability). We make every effort to keep the website updated but may sell out of an item before we can update the site. If this does occur, we will notify you to give you approximate ship dates of the back ordered items, or give you the option to cancel the order.

Shipping and Sales Tax
 - We ship most purchases within the Continental United States via UPS and the USPS. 
As a Pennsylvania-based business, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Pennsylvania, at the rate of 6%. We collect sales tax on the total amount of your purchase, which includes the price of items purchased, and any service charges such as monogramming, or engraving. We do not charge sales tax on out-of-state shipments but we suggest that you check with your state's tax laws regarding internet purchases.

Order Cancellation and Changes - 
Once an online order is placed, we immediate begin the process for fulfilling it and therefore we cannot cancel or change an order after it has been confirmed.
